Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Teamworks AI (https://app.teamworks.uz), operated by QUTLIYA MCHJ, Uzbekistan. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Teamworks AI connects to your Facebook Page and Instagram Business account and uses an AI model to reply to messages your customers send you. You can review every conversation, turn the AI off per conversation and reply yourself.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business and to manage the Facebook Pages you connect.
  • Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Your responsibilities

  • The business information, prices and policies you enter must be accurate; the assistant answers from them.
  • You must comply with the Meta Platform Terms, Meta’s Messenger and Instagram policies, and applicable law, including consumer-protection and data-protection law.
  • You may not use Teamworks AI to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or messages outside Meta’s permitted messaging windows, or for illegal, deceptive or harmful content.
  • You are responsible for informing your customers that automated replies may be used.

4. AI-generated replies

AI replies may occasionally be inaccurate. Teamworks AI is designed to answer only from the information you provide and to hand over to a human when unsure, but you remain responsible for the communications sent from your Page. Review the inbox regularly.

5. Data

You own your business data and your conversations. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete Meta data at any time as described on the Data Deletion page.

6. Fees

Paid plans, when introduced, will be described on our website. We will give notice before any fee applies to your account.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Teamworks AI and disconnect your Pages at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or Meta’s policies.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, QUTLIYA MCHJ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for interruptions caused by Meta or other third parties.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
