Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete all the data Teamworks AI obtained from Facebook and Instagram at any time. Use any one of these options:

Option 1 — Remove the app in Facebook (automatic)

• Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations).
• Find Teamworks AI and click Remove, then confirm.
• Facebook notifies us automatically. We immediately delete your access tokens, connected Pages and Instagram accounts, and all conversations and AI logs received through them, and give Facebook a confirmation code you can use to check the status at https://app.teamworks.uz/data-deletion/status?code=….

Option 2 — From your dashboard

• Log in and open the Dashboard.
• Click Delete all Meta data at the bottom of the page and confirm. You will see a confirmation code.

Option 3 — By email

Email support@example.uz from the address of your Teamworks AI account (or include your Facebook Page name) with the subject “Data deletion request”. We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email. To also close your Teamworks AI account (email and AI settings), say so in the email.

What is deleted

• Facebook user and Page access tokens
• Connected Page and Instagram account details
• All Messenger and Instagram conversations, messages and customer names/pictures received through those Pages
• All AI reply logs for those conversations
